Prototype Level Designs (Final Game Design Project
Now was the time to start making the game within Unity, thanfully I had already got prior knowledge of have to make levels because of my 3D modelling knowledge of old. Extrude those faces and voila…..
But ignore that it took me at least 4 tries to get back into the swing of things.
Anyways, regardless, considering I already created the levels in a drawn out format, it was something I used again to give myself reference and to buld these lanes properly at least for the simple design of Level 1, I had to incoporate the plugins, ProBuilder and ProGrids to fully complete the whole structure.
Knowing I had to sent this to someone lese without using Unity Collab…(I don’t really know what’s going on with that, it’s just doesn’t work properly) I had to make sure the hierachy is complete and easy to understand which I started doing during the process of making the full level.
It did take me a while to get around some annoying Unity methods of ‘modelling’ but I done it and well, at least this is just the beginning og Level 1, will make a Part 2.
