Product Planning

In terms of planning, this should have been done way earlier in the process, but I’m more of an ‘I just do’ kinda guy, but sometimes it really does help to be more organised with the workload, at least that’s something that can benefit everyone a not just me in the team. I definitely allows for more structure.

Now with the planning method we chose, I was more familiar with SCRUM which another team member was also familiar with so we decided to create our own type of methodology for planning our work. It does incorporate SCRUM however, it’s only on the basic level which is what we need to do in order to get things done for our project.

Even with the current board we have, things will be added to it daily as we are still in the process of understanding all of the tasks we have to do, some can be quite general and some can be quite specific, regardless, this is our SCRUM board at the moment, but will obviously change as time goes by.
